Works well for later training of a colt thru early competition. Excellent for bitting up a colt, helps break him at the poll. Works well with a martingale to lower the head. Good transition bit. Tighten the chain nose for more rate or loosen for more flex. Introduce this bit in a small pen at a slow rate and work up speed gradually.
