Cactus Orthopedic Gel Saddle Pad utilizes a unique single piece design which allows for a much more durable pad that has zero pressure points.

Contoured to the shape of a horse’s back and features a wither relief cutout. The leather spine runs the full length of the pad and wraps completely around the cutout to reduce stress on the pad while providing long-lasting leather reinforcement.

High-impact absorbing gel inserts run the length of the pad and are positioned right under the bars of a saddle. The gel evenly disperses the energy and stress created by hits and pressure during performance moves.

This pad features a bottom layer 1/4 inch of the purest wool felt available. This high-density, anti-microbial layer pulls heat and moisture away from your horse’s back and adds an extra layer of durability and shock absorption while keeping its shape.
